Thera Radney, MSN, NP-C, is a skilled and practiced Adult Care, Primary Care, and Family Nurse Practitioner at Different Approach Wellness Center, a private medical practice and wellness and aesthetic practice in Southfield, Michigan.

Thera was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, and feels honored to care for the people of her home state. She has direct knowledge of the health care disparities commonly faced by individuals residing in the inner city.

Thera's mission is to provide a different approach to how health care is provided while bestowing exceptional care to everyone she encounters.

Different Approach Wellness Center does not believe in long wait times or having more than three patients in the office at one time. 

Thera aims to provide excellent comprehensive, and individualized care to all patients. She warmly welcomes all patients into the primary care, wellness, and aesthetics-focused private medical practice and looks forward to serving them.
